What We Believe

We believe that the 66 books of the Bible are God inspired and are the final authority on all matters of Christian faith and practice.

We believe in one God, creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins. He was raised from the dead, ascended into heaven and now acts as the only mediator between God and people.

The Holy Spirit does the saving work of Christ by convicting a person's need for the forgiveness of Christ.

We believe that there is one true church universal, composed of all people who have been forgiven by Christ. The scripture commands believers to gather together as the local church for the teaching of God's Word, fellowship, prayer, encouragement and those things that enable them to glorify God and make disciples.

God made us for relationships, with God himself and with fellow human beings. We emphasize the greatest commandment which is to love God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and to love others.
